Product Orders
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify BNHH within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
Eligible cases may receive:
✔ Replacement
✔ Exchange
✔ Refund (if applicable)
Learning Programs & Workshops
Registration fees for online or offline workshops, training programs, webinars, and educational events are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of BNHH.
Health Camps & Events
Registration fees for health camps and events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by BNHH.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
